Having issues with profiles with mixed plugins

Im not a pro at wordpress but have knowledge in php and web development. Ive been working with wordpress for a few years. Now Im working on my own site and want to do things in which I havent worked with yet.
I dont want to use buddypress because it is completely unstable. But need a simple members area which has my subscribers profile, which would include their ability to post a story through a plugin im using.
I have many options for my subscribers the problem is the arrangement or navigation needs to be merged.

Example I use Jigoshop which provides a my account page
I use bbpress which provides a profile page
I use wp-member for registration which i havent gotten it to work as fully as they state.
I use member submitted post which ive embedded into the my-account page provided by jigoshop

now here are the few issues.
#1 now my users have multiple profile areas which I only want to have 1 of them. I want to use the bbpress profile area and to include the jigoshop myaccount, wp-member controls, and user submitted post on one area.
#2 issue is I do not want anyone at all other than admin to access dashboard so im out of luck on the toolbar usage.
