Having issues with Horizontal

Hello, I’ve seen this plugin in action and I think it is awesome. WP has been missing something like this for quite some time.
However, I am working on a website that I need this for, and for some reason it is broken. I’ve looked all over the css trying to find a solution and I just don’t see it.
