Having issues updating Footer & adding CSS code and showing on live site

    Hi

    Recently for a particular client site using Storefront Theme, we’re having issues updating Footer & adding CSS code and then the live website showing the changes.

    Client has had Storefront Theme for last 4 years on live site.

    Any changes I make via CSS is not showing on the live site.
    Not sure what is happening and WHy.

    Very frustrating as I’m trying to make urgent changes for this client site.

    Please if someone could help urgently would be great.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    This is indeed frustrating since no changes are being applied on the Live website. Can you please check if any have caching plugin is installed on your client’s website? If yes, can you clear the cache and temporarily disable the plugin to see if this resolves the issue?

    Also, in order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
