  • Are they going to spam or are they not being sent at all?

If they are going to spam there may be several reasons like SPF record invalid or host mailer not setting envelope headers or ptrs incorrect.

If they are not being sent at all then is could be that you are using native php emailing and some hosts just flat dont support that.

In the first instance I’d ask your host support. If not then add some more detail here.

    Thanks Alan –

They’re not being sent at all. I have 60 members with logins and not one of them (of the 3 I’ve tested) are getting reset links. I don’t even get “new user registration” emails like I used to (I created a new account to verify this).

I’ve checked with HostGator first and they seem to believe it’s a WP error?

    Some more info:
I upgraded from shared server to VPS about 2-3 weeks ago. I just now noticed the error of not receiving these specific emails when someone brought it up to me yesterday. I’m not sure how this could have anything to do with it, but I have no other ideas.
