  • Hi @viji421,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re encountering an intermittent error on your website’s backend.

However, without specific details about the error message you’re seeing, it’s a bit challenging to start troubleshooting.

Could you please share the exact error message or screenshots of the related error messages for further assistance?

    Hi @viji421,

Thank you for sharing further details on this issue.

Based on your description, it is possible the issue is related to your permalinks. Are you able to head over to your dashboard setting > Permalinks and flush your permalinks settings by simply clicking on save?

Please try this, then let us know how this goes.

    Hey, @viji421!

    Thanks for the information.

The fatal error you have is regarding the plugin EAN for WooCommerce: by WPFactory. Can you please deactivate it and check if the issue persists?

Also, can you please try temporarily switching to the Storefront theme and checking if anything changes?

Please let us know how it goes.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @viji421,

no issue still there… but under logs many fatal errors

Thank you for the additional details. Can you please share the new fatal errors you’re getting?

this is the error when i go to dashboard on wordpress when i upload products or even plugin section this error come when i refresh then its work fine what is issue?

I also understand this issue happens when you try to upload products to your store. Can you please share the exact steps you’re taking to do this? Do you use any third-party plugins or tools to modify your product creation process?

And when you refresh your page, is your product created successfully and you are now on the edit page? I’m curious about this. Is this an error that is consistently repicable? If so, it’d be helpful if you recorded a quick video showing this to us, you can use a service like Loom to do this.

Please also check on your browser’s console for any JS errors when this issue happens.

    Keep us posted!

    Hello viji421,

    Thank you for your reply.

This looks like a conflict of code between plugins.
Since you are facing this error on other pages than WooCommerce, it could be a WordPress level issue.

no issue still there… but under logs many fatal errors

For further troubleshooting, could you share the many fatal errors you mentioned here?
While we troubleshoot, I suggest you disable the Nitropack and WordFence plugins.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
