Having issue with save draft Post

Is that error in the back end or on the front of your site?
Did the post draft get saved? (can you see it in the list of posts, for instance in another browser window of your admin)?

Draft posts do not show on the front end of the site, so just trying to clarify what the question is about.

An error has occurred while saving your page. Various problems can cause a save to fail, such as a lack of server resources, firewall blockages, plugin conflicts or server misconfiguration. You can try saving again by clicking Try Again, or you can download a backup of your unsaved page by clicking Download Backup. Backups can be restored using the portability system while next editing your page.

I can’t see a draft in any case actually, I wrote 800-word post and by mistakenly the page refreshed so i lost all data that I spend 2 hrs on the specific post then i see post in the draft not showing and then i make a test post and save as draft so it’s showing me error
“The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post”

If there is unsaved data, the editor will ask if you want to leave the page (some sort of page refresh?) and if it has auto-saved it, then that data should be available as a draft or a revision of the page.

I’m having the exact same issue as of this morning all of a sudden. Posts are not generating permalinks it seems so I can’t save draft or publish posts. If I go to settings -> permalinks and try to save changes or make edits, I also get the “That page can’t be found” error.

OP are you using Namecheap hosting by any chance?

Wordpress what did you do?!
