Having issue when using Inquiry

Hi WCFM, great plugin, but I had one issue when a user submits an inquiry to a product, it doesn’t give any message instead it just loads and loads, need your help please, thank you, here is a sample link but all products have the same issue https://amrach.net/product/roll-fabric/
