Having issue retrieving new fonts

Under the Web Fonts > Fonts.com, then input ‘ignite the light’ in the search box. I’m trying to load the ‘ignite the light’ by Kimberly Geswein, and it keeps giving me an error message “There was an issue retrieving the appropriate fonts. Please try again.”.
I restarted my browser, tried a different browsers, Internet explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. I restarted my computer. Tried logging in on an iPad and trying to retrieve the particular font.
What alternvative ways/plugins are there to retrieve this font family?
