Having issue on Home Page

I’m using RW on my website with Gantry Theme. Having an issue on Home Page.
Home Page Link: https://www.cuttinghedge.ca/web/
Sample Page Link: https://www.cuttinghedge.ca/web/?page_id=2Issue: on the Home Page, all the links in the body cannot be clicked. On the Home Page, if I disable the footer, everything seems to work fine. On the Sample Page, it works fine.
I came to this conclusion: Sidebar Restrict Widget to show only on Home Page + footer = main body issue (unable to click anything)
Sidebar Restrict to all other pages + footer = works fine.
Any idea what is causing this? Thanks!
