Having issue in page loading in elementor View( Safe mode Enabled issue )

Hello, Support team,
we are using elementor plugin on our site, but it is not working after we do our DB sync from our older site.
https://imagebin.ca/v/5e0E9znF7THU it shows this all the time. but if I click on “enable safe mode” then it reloads but still not works.
I tried to resolve it by using our guidebook but that won’t work.
I also tried with the lower version but that also won’t work.
so, please help me out with how can I fix this asap.
