• I’m having a problem with getting Individual Blog Posts to fully fill the Container area when they are set to Full Width. The above link shows the example.

On that same site if you go to “Things To Do” and click that, it pretty much fills the page and that is a static Page, not Post.

If you then click Shopping it goes to a Category page listing and the list of items there, which I believe is related to Blog Entries in the OceanWP settings, fills the container. By that I mean it’s inline with everything above it on the left and right.

If I choose 100% Full Width it fills the entire page, which I don’t want, I want it contained under the above content. If I choose Right or Left Sidebar it’s a little better. It’s contained but expects a sidebar, which I don’t want on individual blog posts.

If you go to the About page that is just a Static page, like the one referenced above and it just fills the container it’s in. The only difference is that on the referenced page it is done in a block because I want the image aligned to the left. The About page has no images.

I tried using Nimble Page Builder but that was even more complicated and still did not always constrain to the container it was in.

I do NOT want to use custom CSS code. If I wanted to do that I’d write this from scratch using HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL. I’m trying to update my skills with WordPress, which seem to have changed considerably.

I assume I’m just missing some setting in OceanWP somewhere, since there are so many.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

The content width on the About page corresponds to the Full-Width page layout, so what exactly is the problem here?

Please share more details of what exactly you would like to achieve and also share the related screenshots.
Some content is dictated by the blocks/widgets alone, regardless of the page layout settings.
