Having errors after installation

Hi,
After installing the plugin i am having follwing errors .
Warning: include_once(views/registration.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cm-answers/package/cminds-free.php on line 1488
