    We’re having an issue that some emails come through, but once in a while a new order email just doesn’t come through – not in spam, not anywhere.
    This is obviously a huge issue – we had a customer call a couple hours before they were expecting a huge order, but we never received notification of it.
    What could cause this to happen?

    If the orders appear in your wppizza orderhistory then the plugin has sent the mail (programatically speaking) and it will be for your email service provider to deliver them.
    There is nothing wppizza has any influence over.
    However, if they do not appear in your order history, then something else is likely to have throw an error somewhere and you should enable debug and check your debug log to find out what’s happening

    Thank you.
    It was showing up in order history but not sending the email.
    I’ve set them up on a new SMTP setup, so hopefully it helps.
