• Hey all,

I use polylang for multilingual purposes. I’ve got two domains and would like to set language from different domains. My two domains are redirected to the same name servers and same DNS, my hosting provider confirms. However, when I choose The language is set from different domains button and type in the domains, I get this message for both domains respectively:
Polylang was unable to access the https://erisilebilirandroid.com/?deactivate-polylang=1 URL. Please check that the URL is valid.
Polylang was unable to access the https://accessibleandroid.com/?deactivate-polylang=1 URL. Please check that the URL is valid.

I have gone through articles on polylang support and couldn’t find an answer. My hosting provider also tried to help but no luck. Could you help me please?
    Thanks
    Salih

    Hello,

As you see in the url param of https://erisilebilirandroid.com/?deactivate-polylang=1, to check that you correctly configured your domains, we deactivate Polylang.
When you access to this url, there is a critical error. Probably you are using a Polylang function in custom code, without checking that the function exists, which leads to this error. This is the most frequent cause of your issue.

    Hi,

I’m not using any custom code. I installed the plugin and use it normally without any custom code or script. What should I do?
