Having a bit of trouble with the nav bar

    Hello all,

    Love this theme and I have been trying to use my site https://www.thefitnessclinician.com as a tester/template for my other site https://www.intenselyfit.com. I was hoping someone could help me with some nav bar issues….when I attempt to change the width the entire paragraph/wording page expands too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to use your wonderful template to make a clone of my other site.
