Having 5.6 Problems? Read here

    The reason Caldera Forms isn’t working right in WP5.6 appears to be because of the depreciation of one of the older jquery libraries.

    If you install the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin and then go into its settings (In the tools menu) and select jQuery Version = Legacy 1.14.4-wp it all seems to work based on my first bit of testing.

    Hopefully this will get us through till the new owners fix Caldera!

  • Oh gosh, thanks for this information. I have an order form on a food pantry site that was having problems. I wanted to view the orders that the food pantry manager said were problematic, but could not view the orders. I installed the helper plugin and enabled the legacy version and now I can view orders, well they’re actually called entries. Hopefully this fixes the other problems we were having.

    @delanthear Have you heard anything from the developer as to where they’re at? I’m still running the helper plugin. I see there was an update but from what I’m reading, it didn’t fix everything.
