Haven’t Gotten License Key–Bought Twice!!!

I double purchased this because I didn’t get a license key the first time AND I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN ONE.

Sorry for the all caps, but I hope I’m not billed until I get my key. (And hopefully billed only once when I get that key.)

My email address was correct. I double-checked. I’ve checked my spam and deleted folders. I haven’t received an email with the key.

Please help!!!
