Haven't got to to work yet, and support email fails

Five stars for fast, helpful (and restrained) response from author on this thread. Unfortunately, WP Better Emails will not work for me as I use Mandrill for email. I leave my original review at the bottom for reference.

Because I could not send the default HTML template using the plug in AND the support e-mail embedded in app failed, I attempted to reach out for assistance by both the forum and review pages. To Nicolas’ credit, thse worked and I received a response very early this morning. Nicholas’ response was clear (and restrained after my 1-star review). It turns out, the reason the plug in does not work in my installation is because I use Mandrill, which does not use the WordPress email function required of WP Better Emails.

My suggestion to Nicholas is to include the Mandrill exclusion explicitly in the FAQs and to fix the support e-mail included in the plug-in.

Installed and tried default settings.
All test emails comes across as plain text.
Tried to write to author using “please email me at : [email protected]” from within the app but that email’s domain rejected my gmail addressed message.

So far, not working.
