    Hi @viji421 !

    We want to see if you are seeing any fatal error logs on your site. To find the generated logs you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the most recent fatal error log that you can find, then click View to load it. Here’s what that might look like: https://d.pr/i/lyVTmm
    3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

    Thank you for sending over the logs. I see multiple errors from other plugins and your theme Woodmart, but these were on May 15. Do you see any fatal error logs for the more recent dates? If not, it’s likely these errors have resolved themselves.

    Hi there,

    Let’s recap a bit on the issue you reported.

    products option show in woocommerce

    What you see is the new dashboard of the WooCommerce navigation experience. If you want to switch back to the old dashboard go to Settings > Advanced > Features and disable the “Navigation” checkbox, and click on Save Changes.

    Can you provide a screenshot of your checkout endpoints? Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup and make a screenshot of the page using https://snipboard.io/.

    These seem to be the checkout page, not thankyou page.

    To troubleshoot further, can you please share a screenshot of your checkout endpoint settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup?
