This feature is not integrated into the core WooCommerce plugin; however, the ‘Custom Thank You Pages‘ extension would be required to provide the functionality. Let me know if you have installed this extension?

Products is not a submenu of the WooCommerce menu on the dashboard. Even before the latest update it wasn’t so.

The screenshots you shared indicate that it appeared differently for you before, which may be due to the influence of some other entity present on the site, such as may be one of the plugins or some custom code.

Thank you for clarifying the results you encounter on your end.

As a first step, please check your order received endpoint which can be found by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced scroll down to Checkout endpoints. If it shows as /order-received/ please change it to order-received.

If the issue is still present after that, please could you do a conflict test, as shown in the guide below, and see if that helps?

The conflict test involves switching to the default Storefront theme and deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and checking to see if that resolves the issue.

The issue you are experiencing is definitely unusual behavior and is generally caused by a conflict with either a plugin or theme.

Please could you share a copy of your fatal error logs which can be found by navigating to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

I wouldn’t recommend deleting the WooCommerce plugin, as this is what powers your online store at present. You could, however, disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce, and check to see if the issue is still there?

I understand you already ran a conflict test.

To clarify did you run the test disabling all plugins, except WooCommerce? And then switching your theme to Storefront temporarily? After that place a test order and let us know if the thank you page is being displayed.
