Have you disabled the Add GTIN feature?

  • Hi, this is a general question about your plugin. Today while adding a product to my site I noticed that the Add GTIN, MPN, UPC, EAN, Product condition, Installment, Optimised title and Brand attributes setting was disabled and that I could not add those items t my product setup up page because the input boxes were not there anymore. Have you converted this feature over to the Elite version of your plugin?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out.

    Yes that feature has become part of the Elite version of the plugin. We announced this over 6 months ago in notifications on top of the settings page. We also announced the 4 February deadline over a month ago in combination with a voucher discount code.

    Your previously entered values for those fields for old products are not lost they just can’t be edited anymore. For new products, like you experienced, they cannot be added unless you acquire a license for the Elite version.
