Have WP website, want seamless blog

  • A friend has designed a new website using WP. It’s great.
    Predating this, I started a blog at blogger.com
    How can I put the blog on the website using the same template? I know it is probably very easy but I cannot figure it out.
    Thanks for any help.

  • This will require some basic knowledge of css, php, html and patience. You can tweak and adjust wordpress in many ways but there isn’t really an “easy” way to make you blog look exactly like your main site.

    If your over-all goal is to mirror you WP blog to your main site you should break down all of the elements and address them individually. Specifics such as site colors, font styles, graphics, navigation, etc can be updated to look like your site using a combination of plugins, manual coding and a good starting theme.

    You may find however that creating a blog that is at least a little unique to your site will help it stand out a bit.
