Have variation take multiple stock items

Hi all,

I was wondering if it is possible to have a variation take multiple stock items. THe way it will work is you can buy a single product, pack of 4 and a pack of 10. The pack of 4 and 10 needs to take 4/10 items out of stock. Is this possible? If so, how would i go about doing it?
