Have to restart plugin for it to work

Using Stock Manager for WooCommerce to update stock quantity and email notifications will not go out through your plugin unless I deactivate and re-activate your plugin. Can you advise on what is happening?

I tried another email notification plugin (Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce | WooCommerce Waitlist Pro) and it works without having to re-activate.
