Have to reload WP dashboard over and over

  • WordPress at times is very frustrating. I feel like I constantly struggle trying to make a connection. My internet company tells me my internet speed is more than acceptable and my browser functions fairly well for other applications. I find myself on regular basis having to reload the dashboard page over and over just to get it to load properly on word press. The dashboard on several occasions doesn’t connect or load the pages properly.

    If it doesn’t load properly and I make a change than update it, it will update it in the incorrect manner. On several occasions today I had made changes to the training schedule, went to update and the update button wasn’t available to click because the connection had been lost and didn’t save all my work. However all the other open pages on the internet with my browser are open and connected.

    What should have taken 20 minutes to do today has taken over an hour and its still not done properly. This has happened on a regular basis before.

    Please advise

    That’s not WordPress related. It’s server or local network related.
