Looks like a caching issue to me. Are you using any caching plugin or is your hosting provider using caching on their end?

The only thing i can see cache related is JetPack – Photon, but that seems to be photos. Not sure about my host, I would need to check.

These are the plugins I am using:
    Akismet
    Instagram Feed
    Jetpack
    WP Photo Album Plus
    WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart

I just did a test by adding couple of items to the cart from the page you specified above and it works fine for me.

That’s weird it does not work for me on several different browsers and several different computers. It still takes 2x to get it to add to cart.

On another note if you look here:

how do I get the compact cart button to be in the ‘center’?

    thanks

@nomadic.rv just out of curiosity. Can you test your website using a tablet or smartphone. See if you can carry out a transaction. If you can then you know that the problem is coming from your computer or laptop configuration.

I just carried out a couple of test from the links you provided above and it works for me as well just like @mra13.

    Thanks.
That is truly weird then, I just tried it on another laptop of a friend (4 separate computers only thing the same is the service provider Suddenlink), same result, it refreshes but the cart is empty, click the item again, refreshes and it’s added.
But if it working for everyone else then I guess that’s fine.

Hi Paul yes it can be one of those unusual issues.

I have heard people report that ISP providers DNS settings have caused issues with old cached data. However this is just a theory.

You can mark this support thread as resolved. If you ever run into another problem open up another support thread.

    Thank you.

    PS Enjoy the plugin ??
