have to login every 15 sec

    An issue that has just started appearing is the if make changes to anything on my site that takes more than about 15 seconds is makes me log back in and then I lose whatever changes I just made. So I have to make a couple changes, save and do it again till I’m done but if I go too long making an edit instead of saving it takes me to login again and my edits are lost.

    Any ideas?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
