Have to click twice to close lightbox

Hello,
I installed this plugin and the strangest thing happens. When I click on an image, the lightbox opens fine, but when I click close, it will close the lightbox but the image will still be there. I have to click the x again to close it. A sample can be seen here.https://bobcad.com/lessons/test-lesson
