Have to clear site cache every time when subscriber count update

Hi,

I am having a subscriber form with mailpoet and I put a [mailpoet_subscribers_count] shortcode in front end and every time when someone clicked subscribe, the subscriber list was updated in wordpress backend. But front end site not updated. I have to clear wordpress page every time when someone subscribe.

P.S. I disabled “Protect your forms against spam signups” and emial confirmation in setting. Not sure this will affect or not.
