    Hi there,

    We have a fulfilment centre that connects to our store via REST API and collects orders and once they ship them they mark them as complete.

    Recently (last two months) some orders never get marked as complete. I started logging REST API calls (inside WP) and it does look like the calls to mark orders as complete never happen for certain orders – it seems random, there is no pattern.

    They has asked me to check if Woocommerce had any known issues with REST API recently as they can’t see any issues on their side.

    So if there have been known REST API issues that could cause random API calls from not executing please let me know.

    I would like to assure you that there haven’t been any known issues recently that could cause random API calls from not executing. We constantly monitor and maintain the functionality of our REST API to ensure it runs smoothly.

    However, I would like to understand how your fulfillment center is connecting to your store. It is possible to share more details on the connection process?
