    So been trying to talk with you via email and I am starting to DESPERATE.
    There are no answer, no feedback at all…did I really just got a €59 YEAR subscription plugin on this terms??

    My first contact was at October 3rd, you replied me asking for login access by October 6t, and since then no reply at all. Please get back at me urgently.
