have rating form appear after page-links

Currently the rating form is auto placed after the content, but it comes before the page-links and can make it difficult to see that the post continues (default: https://i.imgur.com/W12dFgn.png ). Is there a way to call the rating form after the page-links. https://i.imgur.com/UB4j7oC.png I also wonder if it would be possible to only display the rating form at the end of a paginated post. Thanks for any help.
