    Umm… we tried to answered your questions. Many devs get it to work, you were just doing something different. We can’t dig into every dev’s code. Thanks for the 4 star!

    You are correct, they close tickets that are not closed. It’s how they run their business. After that they start insulting you as Dovy just did. Saying he “tried” to answer your questions. That is a tricky way of saying he didn’t provide support but if you can’t figure it out then it’s your fault. Keep in mind that there documentation is the worst I have ever seen! Get your money back ASAP. File a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General.

    @vee – We’re an open source project. If there’s a bug, we ask you to contribute to help the community. If someone that is proposed breaks backwards compatibility, we cannot do it. ??

    @eric.w – That’s pretty harsh honestly. If you need help, ask us. We do close issues if people don’t respond further after a week. And I’m sorry you don’t like our documentation. We’re working to make it better. Perhaps you’d like to contribute some pages?

    @vee – He may have missed that your post was 8 months ago. I fixed that localization glitch a long time ago. ??

    @kprovance That’s good news ??

    eric.w, are you harassing these people? Sorry if I sounded rude, but I see repeated, persistent and annoying comments on your side against one of the best plugins available today. The point is simple: if you’re not a developer, of course you will have big troubles to implement it in your projects … because this plugin is aimed at developers (psst… it’s a framework).

    I mean, instead of stalking who are not bothering you, you could take the time to learn programming. These guys do a respectable job, so a little respect wouldn’t be bad.
