Have Pro key, but unable to download update

    I have a “pro license”, but cannot find any way to download a more recent version of the software.

    Go figure guys; they don’t even take care of “paying customers” let alone people who are using the ten year old “free version”.

    According to our record the complimentary pro license (which you had received for free ) has expired. In order to buy new license you will have to pay.

    The email i received from your computer tells me it expires December 8th.

    Oh, i might also mention that the version that you sent to me nearly a year ago, never installed, and your computer tells me that too. (I, against the odds, hoped that another year of development and a half dozen versions finally got it to work.)
