Have Pro but signed in for 1st time in weeks and it said I didn’t have Pro

Hi,

I upgraded to Pro back in May.

It’s been a few weeks since I signed into my site’s wp and I did so and went to the “Insights” and it had 2 scanners it said I should have activated, but I knew they were activated before, so then I look and it prompts me to go Pro.

So I then look at it says no license so I click for it to check and it says no license.

So I go and try to find my signin to set up the other way for the license through your site’s wp (which is where it sent me) and I can’t remember which email I used so I’m trying to find that info and then check my site and it then said it was pro but stuff like the scanners, auditing etc were off and it appears they were since July 24. Now it’s Aug 14.

Is there any way to know why it was not recognized as pro and how to make sure it stays on? I want the extra protection and am disappointed to find it wasn’t for those weeks.
