Have not honored the 14-day return period

  • Easy to use and works well out of the box and might be a good fit if you don’t need to add much functionality. The add-on I purchased lacked webhooks needed to customize for my client so I asked for a return within the 14-day return period months ago and the request is still pending.

  • I did the same thing and they have not resolved it. They can easily refund it yet they choose to stall.

    Hello Guys,

    It’s right that we can refund easily and we normally refund immediately.

    Due to some problems with the person in charge of handing refunds it was delayed. It will be taken care of asap.
