Have my Websites been hacked?

  • I’ve noticed that there’s a message about BitNinja on my Websites. I don’t know if this is a threat or my Website has been hacked, but when I later scanned my Website with Wordfence, it showed no threats. Can anybody help me please?

    If you visit my Website here, you will see a message about BitNinja.If it doesn’t appear, the icon at the title bar of the browser is the BitNinja logo, instead of my Website logo. The same thing happens at the login page of another Website of mine
