Have I bought something I dont need?

    I have paid the $ and upgraded to the Foobox hoping some issues would be resolved. I’m not sure I have done the correct purchase though? What have I actually bought in buying Foobox?

    Brad, my one issue we resolved a while back is happening again. The issue being where heads are cut off in the thumbnails. I upgraded Foo gallery via plugins and now have the same problem. Help?

    Second issue – I’d like my images to go full screen. How do I get that effect?

    Hi Stephen,

    You seem to be having 2 different issues here.

    1) The thumbs in FOOGALLERY are not cropping as you expect. What is the crop position set to for your attachments?

    2) To get your images to go fullscreen, goto the FooBox settings page, under the Functions tab, and make sure you have “Force Fullscreen” checked.

    Please note that FooBox is a different plugin to FooGallery. FooGallery does all the gallery management and FooBox is a standalone lightbox plugin

    1) Thumbs are set to 150×150 and I have tried all positions as you previoulsy suggested with selecting the little circles after hovering on the “i”. I updated my plugins since we last spoke. Is it possible I have overwritten those changes you made?

    Is there a pro version of FooGallery? Is there a way to get quicker response to support queries. I made a bit of a ,istake in buying Foobox as I was thinking I was upgrading FooGallery. :-/ My mistake.
