Have Custom Thank You Page

Hi,
My client is using the Woocommerce 2.1.12, and would like to have a custom thank you page after the customer completes an order. Right now it takes them back to the checkout page, which he has custom wording on, and adds the thank you and order details under that. I have read that woo uses “endpoints” (have no idea why they would change this) now instead of pages, but I get a little confused on how to “exactly” make it work to go to a custom page.
He wants to add a google conversion script to the bottom of the page. If I can not make a new page, then would this work if I add it to the checkout page?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
