    Hi,

    When COD is unavailable, we have the option to set up a custom message. However, it’s not possible to communicate with the customer the reason for the unavailability of COD. For example- COD might be unavailable because of the product or the postal code.

    Can we have a way in which customer COD unavailable message is displayed depending on the criteria? For example- If COD is unavailable for Postal Code, we can have a message “COD unavailable on this Postal Code”. Similarly, if COD is unavailable on a product, we can have a message “COD unavailable on this product”

    This way, customers will understand why COD is not available.

    Also, I updated my test server to the latest WordPress and Woocommerce version and there seems to be some conflict with Smart COD as COD option is not showing up on checkout when your plugin is activated. When I deactivate the plugin, the option shows up.

    I have checked by removing all the criteria in the settings of Smart COD but still the COD option fails to show up on checkout.

    Please help with this.

    Hi divijc,

    Is your “Enable for shipping methods” setting empty?
    If it is, that’s the case. Please temporary select all shipping methods instead of keeping it empty and we will release an update asap.

    If not, and you have shipping methods selected, please send me a screenshot of all your settings.
