Can your plugin function as a Audit / Survey plugin?
It’s for the following use case:
MVP
– User reads explanation and enters name and email.
– User sees one of 30 questions, each with 5 possible answers.
– User can choose only 1 out of 5, then clicks next.
– After answering all 30 questions, a result is shown.
– The User AND the Admin get the results by email.
– The result depends on the choice they made.
– There are only 5 results. Each question has a “weight” of 1 to 5?
– Every User is logged in a table viewable by Admin
Nice to have
– Indication of progress (“You are now at question 16 out of 30”.
– A graphical representation is shown for the results. Bars? Matrix? Spiderweb? As long as it’s clear and looks nice.
– Mobile friendly or adaptive lay-out.
– Overall stats using al User input up to date.
