Have all previous security issues listed at Wordfence been patched?

Are there any known security vulnerabilities that exist? Just want to make sure there are no known existing security issues with this plugin. We see there have been issues in the past. Have they all been patched? We can’t afford to take a chance on a business site that relies on ecommerce.
