Have a way for a Client’s Testimonial Entered

I want a client/visitor to be able to enter a Testimonial on my Testimonial page.
I have added the Testimonial Widget to my site, created a sidebar to include Recent Testimonials but see no way a client visitor can add a testimonial. I know how to add a testimonial as admin, but do not know how to receive a testimonial from a client/visitor
