Have a few issues since updating plugin

I can’t not provided no screenshots or links. I have quite a few problems.

Registration Form (Roles Dropdown Menu) – the dropdown menu isn’t acknowledge when registration is submitted. (meaning, when I go to create a user and I have 4 roles to choose from, “one, two, three, four” I choose to sign up for “four” and when I go to check the submitted user info. It shows the role as “one” and not “four” as I chosen . when registering.) (Now when I changed the custom setting on the form page, to selected role “Four”, it goes through as “Four” but the custom setting messing up the width of the form which is set to 280px to 100% the page width (1000px). It doesn’t matter what width I but in the custom setting area, nothing prevents the form from going 100% page width, I put 150px, 200px, 300px, 0px, any number it does nothing.) Default role is automatic “role one” can only be changed using the custom setting on the form, not what I want or need. When I use the custom setting on the registration form, it messes up the width of the form from 280px to being 100% another words the full length of my page which is over 900px. I remove the custom setting the form width goes back to the set width of 280px but the role is automatic to default and I can’t change it cause I don’t need individual sign up for an account I need to approval or having individual contact me personal to changed there role cause the form is having issues.
I have 4 roles and I was trying to use one registration form but I have discovered that is no longer possible with whatever changes that happen with the plugin being updated. I am not interested in making additional registration forms or pages for those registration forms.

The other things is all my forms, the login, forgot password and registration form, the widths aren’t being acknowledge. It goes the full width of the page which is about 1000px and I am trying to get the form width around 250px to 300px and nothing is working. !important doesn’t nothing is the css, I removed !important when it did nothing.

I can’t change the theme to the default wordpress theme, as I would lose a lot of customization and I don’t use a child theme, the child theme cause more issues with the theme I am using.

I have used this plugin for a long time with this theme and I have never really had a major problem with this plugin. I like this plugin for what I need it for, other membership plugin don’t have the things I need that this plugin offer for free.
