    Hi,

I’ve tried to translate “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” string with LocoTranslate (doesn’t appear as string) and also with “Say what” (can’t find correct domain/contect). What’s the correct way to translate this?

PS: When I deactivate your plugin, string is correctly translated to Spanish

    Hello,

the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” string is part of the WooCommerce plugin (see the /templates/checkout/form-coupon.php file) and under the “woocommerce” text domain. Note that the template file can also be overridden inside your theme or child theme and the string could be changed to another text domain.

On my test website the “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” string is correctly translated also when the Multi-Step Checkout plugin is activated. See the attached screenshots.

The “Say what” string is not present in the Multi-Step Checkout plugin, nor in the WooCommerce plugin. Maybe you could make a string search through all your plugin and theme files to find out where it is coming from.

    Thanks for your answer, Diana.

I know it’s a string from WooCommerce, that’s why when I deactivate your plugin, the string is correctly printed in Spanish… But also is a hardcoded string from your plugin, specifically:

    _ classes/class-thwmscf-settings.php, lines 1029 and 1033

Say what” is a plugin to modify strings “on the fly”, but can’t get the right config

You seem to have contacted the support for the wrong plugin.

In our plugin there is no classes/class-thwmscf-settings.php file and no “Have a coupon?” string. But in the MultiStep Checkout plugin by ThemeHigh there is this file and the “Have a coupon?” string doesn’t have a text domain associated with it. Note that we are a totally different plugin.

Would you please open a support ticket on the support forum for the correct plugin?

    Ups… My bad! ??

Just uninstalled ThemeHig’s plugin and installed yours, now everything is working flawlessly. Thanks for everything! ??</img>
