Hash users IP addresses stuck

After 2 hours I see “undefined % finished” and it’s asking me to do it still.

Could you please provide some information regarding to your hosting server resources and how many comments you have in database.
Also we recommend use use the phpMyAdmin tool of your hosting service cPanel and optimize the wp_wc_users_voted table. Then browse it and check the user_id field. You should not find any IP addresses, there should only be numbers and 32 bit hash strings.

Please backup the database before any manipulation.

Optimized the table, plenty of IP addresses in user_id, some hash string and a couple with only “8”.

Server is a $40 DigitalOcean Droplet. 8GB ram, 4 cores, SSD. 1,066 comments.
