Hash IP-Adresses and exclude Visits by logged in users

I have two Questions concerning StatPress Visitors.
1. Is it possible, to crypt the IP-Adresses using a Hash function, because the Laws in Germany make this necessary.
2. Is it possible to ignore Visitors which are logged in?
