has_nexus”:false while automatic Tax calculation

Hi

I want to have automatic Tax calculation on my website. For this I have installed “WooCommerce Services” and also connected with jetpack.

But It’s always showing 0 tax.

Client location is- Fremont, California US

What should I do in case of “has_nexus”:false ” and why it’s returning has_nexus”:false ?
