Has wpcentral.io been down for several days?

  • For several days, I’ve been trying to set up a multilingual WordPress installation. I’ve read that the language packs and/or localized versions I need can be found at

    https://wpcentral.io/internationalization/

    However, I’ve been unable to access that site for several days now. All I get is a blank page for that URL or any others at wpcentral.io. Is it just me, or has that server been down several days? Who’s in charge of that server, and how can they be contacted? Thanks.
