I was studying your plugins before buying, I love the work you do here and especially the care you have with customers. But, I collect dozens of plugins and themes from other developers that are abandoned, so I have a few questions before I buy:

I will use this plugin with generatepress pro, which I also intend to buy.

1 – The last update of the “WP Show Posts” plugin (v. 1.1.3) was carried out 10 months ago, is the development of WP Show Posts still active?

2 – Will the WP Show Posts plugin continue to be developed independently or do you have any ETA to integrate the functions of the WP Show Posts plugin with the generatepress plugin and / or generateblocks?

3 – WP Show Posts is compatible with AMP, using the plugin Is the development of this plugin still active?

    Best Regards

    Hi Cristiano,

We apologize for the delays on the development of the plugin.

It’s currently put on hold to give way for the development of Tom’s other plugins and theme. (GenerateBlocks, GP Premium and GeneratePress)

1.) The most recent update is 1.2.0 Alpha v3. But yeah, it’s fairly dated.

2.) Some users have suggested bundling this with GenerateBlocks and Tom has mentioned interested in following through since he already planned to turn WPSP into a block anyway. But there’s no final decision about this yet so there’s no ETA.

3.) I believe AMP plugins have a way of exempting plugins so their scripts will run. But I’m not exactly sure how well AMP does that.

If the AMP plugin you’re currently using lets exempted plugins rule their scripts completely then WPSP should run fine.
